Taylor Henry is a first-year Master's student in the Clinical Psychology program at Teachers College, Columbia University, with a concentration in Child and Family. As an undergraduate research assistant at Washington University in St. Louis, her research focused on the well-being and healthy identity development of Black women and girls. She currently serves as a graduate research assistant at the Behavioral Health Advancement Lab (B-HEAL). Her research interests include understanding how family dynamics and support systems influence the identity development of marginalized youth. After obtaining a Master's degree, she plans to pursue a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and explore ways to provide psychodynamic therapy within a culturally informed lens. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry, going on hikes, and playing volleyball.
