The Advancing Equity Community Advisory Board consists of people with lived and/or professional expertise in the criminal legal and behavioral health systems. Our CAB was established with the support of the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and awards from the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences of the National Institutes of Health (KL2TR001455 and UL1TR001453). This study partners with the community to identify barriers and strategies to reduce racial/ethnic disparities in behavioral health treatment access and engagement within Recovery Courts.
